We are delighted to announce a strategic milestone for Convergen Group: the arrival of Imed Karoui as Managing Partner and investor, a collaboration officially begun in January 2025.
Imed Karoui is a renowned entrepreneur, the national president of CJD Tunisia , and the founder of Skywork Industries since 2016. With a background from the polytechnic schools of Lausanne and Zurich, he brings invaluable technical expertise and strategic vision.
Imed karoui is also a board member of Bridging Angels, a business angel network focused on fostering African enterprises. Convergen Group collaborated on the redesign of their website, Bridgin angels, under his guidance. His integration into Convergen Group has already strengthened our financial and administrative structures, opening new pathways for international growth.
